Terms of Service

By accessing or using Contentelli (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Contentelli.

Contentelli is a content operations platform that allows users to capture voice and written input, generate content drafts using AI, manage review workflows, and organize publishing schedules. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and integrations as made available from time to time.

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected by you. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We may change pricing upon notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content
• Infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or destructive code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or submit through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by the Service based on your inputs is provided to you without restriction. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content before publication.

Our IP: The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Contentelli and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.

We treat your brand configurations, voice models, and unpublished content as confidential. We will not use your confidential information to train general AI models without your explicit consent. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for service improvement and analytics.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ANY CONTENT YOU PUBLISH.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENTELLI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contentelli and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
